understand and reconcile your inner conflict.

I am a Brennan Counselor, and for over 18 years I have been helping people navigate delicate times in their lives to find greater self-awareness and balance. Many times we just know we’re feeling stressed and emotionally unwell, but we have a hard time understanding what exactly is going on and why.

In our work together I will help you understand and integrate:

  • what is happening within you

  • why you're feeling the way you are

  • how to better deal with whatever you're experiencing and how to move to a more peaceful space within yourself.

I will do this through Brennan Counseling, a unique form of work that facilitates personal growth through energetic induction, deep listening, nonjudgmental self-observation, and unconditional acceptance of our inner processes. This combination leads, over time, to greater awareness, deeper connection to oneself, and inner well-being.
