My name is Ian Ritter, I am a Brennan Counselor, and for over 15 years I have been helping people navigate difficult times in their lives to find greater self-awareness and balance.

What can help you deal with whatever you're experiencing in this moment.
I will do this through Brennan Counseling, a unique form of work that facilitates personal growth through deep listening, nonjudgmental self-observation, and unconditional acceptance of our inner processes. This combination leads, over time, to greater awareness, authenticity and inner well-being. All seasoned with a touch of irony, it makes for deep, but not necessarily heavy, work.
As we take these three, essential steps together, you will be able to understand what you are feeling, understand its origin and embrace your deepest needs, creating greater inner peace.
